Do you take returns? We take returns up to 30 days from date of shipment. Garments must be returned unworn and unwashed with the original tags still attached. Instructions are in each package and if you received merchandise from more than 1 location, you may return everything to one address. How do you ship? With rising fuel costs we now reserve the right to decide how each order will be shipped. We ship via US Postal Service and UPS, depending on the weight of the package. Our shipping cost is still one low rate of $9.50, no matter how much you order. Can I return to a Tall Etc Store? Of course, we love to see our internet customers come into the stores. Do you sell to people in other countries? Yes, we will ship internationally via US Postage Service only. The shipping fee that will be charged is the actual postage rate and we do not guarantee the delivery time. We are not responsible for any customs charges. As long as the credit card can be accepted in the USA the shipment will be made. |
